Terms of use
Public beta
Beta service
Deeperguard is offered as-is during public beta. Features, limits, and availability may change without notice.
Zero-knowledge service
This deployment uses a zero-knowledge architecture. You are responsible for your vault password — we cannot recover it or decrypt your data for you. If you lose your password, encrypted content cannot be restored from our servers.
By using the service you acknowledge that encryption and key handling occur on your devices, and that we operate sync and account infrastructure on ciphertext and metadata only.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content, malware distribution, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- No automated abuse of registration or authentication endpoints.
- Respect the storage quota assigned to your account (default 100 MB for new accounts).
Accounts
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or threaten service stability. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Data & backups
We do not guarantee recovery of lost passwords or data. Use export/backup features where available.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the beta progresses. Continued use means acceptance of the current version.
